This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how A4 Chronicles, dba "Once Upon A Time" ("Once Upon A Time", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information through Once Upon A Time's website (the "Website") and its story writing platform (the "Platform", and collectively with the Website, the "Services").

2.2. Sensitive Information.To the extent you submit personal information that is considered "special" or "sensitive" under applicable law (e.g., health information, religious beliefs, etc., if relevant to the memories being recorded), you hereby consent to Once Upon A Time's use of that personal information as necessary to provide the Services. 2.3. Automatically Collected Information.In short: Some information – such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you use our Services.
